About the Role
LPL Financial Global Capability Center is hiring an AVP, AI & ML Engineering Tech Lead in Hyderabad to architect agentic AI systems, lead AWS Bedrock adoption, and operationalize enterprise Knowledge Graphs with rigorous MLOps standards.

What you'll do
- AI/ML Architecture & Agentic System Design
- Architect agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning, tool use, workflow orchestration, domain-specific autonomy
- Build LLM-based agents interacting with APIs, data products, and enterprise systems
- Design orchestration layers with memory, context management, and dynamic planning
- Develop RAG architectures integrating embeddings, vector search, semantic retrieval
- AWS Bedrock–Driven AI Platform Engineering
- Lead AWS Bedrock adoption for model selection, orchestration, governance, enterprise LLM scaling
- Implement Bedrock guardrails, model evaluation, provisioned throughput, custom fine-tuning
- Integrate Bedrock models with microservices, pipelines, and agent frameworks
- Knowledge Graph & Semantic Intelligence
- Own Enterprise Knowledge Graph engineering and LLM/agent framework integration
- Implement ontology-driven enrichment, entity resolution, graph-based retrieval
- ML Engineering & MLOps
- Build automated pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring of ML and GenAI models
- Establish MLOps standards: CI/CD, reproducibility, drift detection, quality gates
