About the Role
Spyne is hiring an AI Product Manager to define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered products across customer engagement, dealership operations, and workflow automation. Spyne is building the AI operating system for automotive retail, powering 1,500+ dealerships across the US.
This role requires 3–6 years of Product Management experience building SaaS, AI, or data-driven products.
What you'll do
- You will own AI product strategy and build AI-native experiences for automotive retail.
- Define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered products across customer engagement, dealership operations, and workflow automation
- Identify high-impact opportunities where AI agents can replace repetitive workflows and enhance customer experiences
- Design conversational experiences using LLMs, multimodal AI, and autonomous AI agents
- Drive development of AI copilots, voice agents, recommendation engines, and workflow automation solutions
- Work with AI Engineers, ML Researchers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Engineering teams
- Define product requirements for prompt engineering, context management, memory, tool calling, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration
- Work with customers, dealerships, Customer Success, and Sales to uncover opportunities and validate AI solutions
- Rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate using user feedback and data
- Define product success metrics around task completion, response quality, automation rate, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor advancements across LLMs, AI infrastructure, reasoning models, and agent frameworks
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years Product Management experience building SaaS, AI, or data-driven products
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience building products using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source LLMs
- Ability to work with AI/ML engineers on embeddings, vector databases, context windows, model evaluation, and agent orchestration
