About the Role
Capgemini Invent is hiring an AI Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products and capabilities. Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with 340,000 team members in more than 50 countries.
This is a permanent role for experienced professionals across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai under Capgemini Invent.
What you'll do
- You will drive AI product delivery from requirement definition through adoption across client engagements.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products and capabilities
- Lead business requirement gathering and solution shaping through workshops, interviews, and working sessions
- Convert business problems into clear, actionable product and functional requirements
- Provide functional leadership to cross-functional delivery teams
- Apply agile ways of working pragmatically to support incremental delivery and prioritization
- Translate AI and GenAI concepts into meaningful product features including LLM-based solutions and RAG approaches
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Contribute to product roadmap definition, release planning, dependency management, and value realization tracking
