This role is for developers who use AI copilots daily as their primary coding companion and combine strong Java backend fundamentals with prompt engineering and context engineering.

What you'll do

You will build AI-augmented Java backend systems for enterprise procurement platforms.
Build backend systems using AI copilots like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT
Use AI for code generation, refactoring, test case generation, performance tuning, and documentation
Apply prompt engineering and context engineering to produce production-grade outputs
Design and develop scalable Java backend services
Architect microservices using Spring Boot
Implement REST APIs, transaction management, and concurrency handling
Work with relational databases and JPA/Hibernate
Design systems that can integrate with AI agents
Build APIs that are AI-consumable
Collaborate in building AI-powered enterprise workflows
