About the Role
Employee experience platforms are transforming through AI agents, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation. F5 is hiring an AI/ML Software Development Engineer III in Hyderabad for the Employee Experience (EX) team.
What you'll do
- Design and build end-to-end AI/ML solutions with focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Develop and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI Agents to automate workflows across ServiceNow, Workday, and Salesforce
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems using APIs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Collaborate with data teams to design data pipelines, vector databases, and fine-tuning datasets
- Champion best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and employee data privacy
- Partner with Product Managers and UX designers to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Stay current with the evolving AI/ML landscape and evaluate new tools and frameworks
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML development
- Proven expertise building applications powered by Large Language Models and RAG patterns
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with orchestration libraries (LangChain, Haystack)
Skills & Technologies
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML development
Proven expertise building applications powered by Large Language Models and RAG patterns
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
Experience with orchestration libraries (LangChain, Haystack)
Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments with MLOps practices
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce is a plus
Solid understanding of API design and integrating AI into multi-system enterprise architectures
