About the Role
Business process outsourcing firms are increasingly embedding AI and generative technologies into their product offerings. TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience, is hiring an AI/ML Engineer in Navi Mumbai to build innovative AI-based products using NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.
What you'll do
- Design and develop machine learning models using AI, NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI
- Develop algorithms for data processing, feature extraction, and model training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create solutions
- Identify and evaluate new AI technologies and tools
- Manage and mentor a team of AI and Machine Learning Engineers
- Ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are scalable
- Communicate technical solutions and results to non-technical stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- 1–4 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Hands-on experience building AI products using NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI
- Strong experience in OOP, Python, FastAPI, and Generative AI Prompting
Skills & Technologies
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
1–4 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence
Hands-on experience building AI products using NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI
Strong experience in OOP, Python, FastAPI, and Generative AI Prompting
Experience in containerization (Docker) and Jenkins
Experience leading and managing a team of AI/ML Engineers
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in Agile development methodologies
