What you'll do
- Architect and deploy scalable ML pipelines integrating with financial data infrastructures
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models to automate extraction and analysis of unstructured financial documents
- Implement robust MLOps frameworks for model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into NLP-driven applications
- Optimize AI models for production focusing on cost-efficiency, scalability, and data security compliance
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced NLP models and Generative AI in high-volume data environments
- Proficiency building and maintaining MLOps workflows for model reliability and reproducibility
- Strong Python background with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and LLM orchestration tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required
Demonstrated expertise in advanced NLP models and Generative AI in high-volume data environments
Proficiency building and maintaining MLOps workflows for model reliability and reproducibility
