The company is hiring an AI Engineer in Bangalore to build its next-generation Agentic AI platform from 0 to 1—a hands-on, delivery-driven role for senior engineers who have shipped AI-powered products into real enterprise environments.
Success is measured by reliability, controllability, cost-efficiency, and customer impact—not novelty. Secondary location: Pune (Business Bay).
What you'll do
- Design, build, and evolve agentic AI systems for production environments
- Take AI-driven features from concept to production in 0-1 product context
- Write and review production Python for pipelines, inference, and orchestration
- Implement prompt engineering, tool use, memory, evaluation, and guardrails
- Design agent frameworks balancing autonomy, determinism, observability, and safety
- Make architectural trade-offs on latency, cost, accuracy, scalability, and maintainability
- Integrate LLMs with model selection, fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG, and inference optimization
- Address hallucinations, drift, regressions, failure modes, and customer trust
- Deploy and operate AI services across cloud platforms with enterprise integrations
- Design scalable inference and orchestration with containers, APIs, and distributed systems
