The role focuses on prompt engineering, model evaluation, production deployment, and staying current with generative AI trends.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize AI prompts to enhance generated output quality and relevance
- Develop and implement testing frameworks for model evaluation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on prompts, testing, and usage guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and product managers
- Integrate AI solutions into production pipelines using CI/CD practices
- Deploy AI models and ensure ongoing maintenance and improvement
- Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and refine models
- Stay current with emerging generative AI trends and best practices
- Develop robust AI applications using Python
- Utilize LangChain for scalable AI pipelines and retrieval tasks
- Leverage Azure GenAI Services for cloud-based AI solutions
- Gather and analyze user feedback to refine AI models
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in AI development with focus on generative models
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms and neural networks
