About the Role
Barclays is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer in Pune to drive design and delivery of cutting-edge Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Conversational AI solutions using AWS services and Large Language Models.
What you'll do
- Design and implement Agentic and GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
- Architect LLM use cases: RAG, summarization, data analysis at enterprise scale
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs for performance
- Develop with LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, Transformers
- Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support use cases across multiple business domains
What we're looking for
- Strong Python with Agentic, GenAI, AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- AWS AIML ecosystem development proficiency
- Deep understanding of AI Agents, Agentic architecture, GenAI, LLMs, NLP
- Prompt engineering and prompt management expertise
Skills & Technologies
Required
Strong Python with Agentic, GenAI, AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
AWS AIML ecosystem development proficiency
Deep understanding of AI Agents, Agentic architecture, GenAI, LLMs, NLP
Prompt engineering and prompt management expertise
SQL/NoSQL and Vector DB (desired)
Model evaluation, deployment, training, monitoring (desired)
