About the Role
Algoleap Technologies is hiring an Enterprise AI Architect in Bangalore to serve as the intellectual engine behind AI strategy and architecture communication. Algoleap translates approved AI strategy decisions into high-quality written and visual artifacts for leadership and client audiences.
This role requires 15 years of overall IT experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy roles.
What you'll do
- You will produce executive-grade written artifacts and lead Copilot Studio enterprise adoption.
- Translate approved AI strategy into ADRs, AI capability frameworks, reference architectures, platform narratives, and target-state blueprints
- Develop and maintain the AI architecture repository
- Author strategy decks and socialization materials for engineering teams, leadership, executives, and clients
- Lead Copilot Studio incubation: reference patterns, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, golden datasets
- Architect rollout from pilot to production: environment strategy, ALM, DLP, licensing, Azure OpenAI, Dataverse, Power Platform
- Establish adoption enablement: agent design standards, maker governance, and playbooks
- Support senior leadership in stakeholder presentations, briefings, board updates, and client collateral
- Participate in AI strategy and architecture review forums
- Evaluate emerging AI platforms; produce PoV papers and comparative assessments
What we're looking for
- 15 years IT experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy
- Demonstrated experience in AI/ML or GenAI programs: platform architecture, LLM integration, cloud AI services
- Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio: agent design, orchestration, knowledge sources, evaluation, enterprise rollout
- Proven track record producing executive-grade artifacts: ADRs, capability models, reference architectures, strategy documents
Skills & Technologies
Required
15 years IT experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy
Demonstrated experience in AI/ML or GenAI programs: platform architecture, LLM integration, cloud AI services
Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio: agent design, orchestration, knowledge sources, evaluation, enterprise rollout
Proven track record producing executive-grade artifacts: ADRs, capability models, reference architectures, strategy documents
Strong command of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) and cloud-native patterns
Exceptional written communication with precision, structure, and audience awareness
Advanced PowerPoint and document design proficiency
Experience working directly with senior executives translating intent into finished artifacts
