About the Role
Global IT operations teams are deploying agentic AI to improve service quality, accelerate resolution, and enhance employee support experiences. Xerox is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer in Kolkata to design, build, test, and deploy leading-edge agentic AI solutions for the Global IT Operations domain.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions for Global IT Operations
- Develop production-ready AI agents and intelligent workflows on Microsoft Foundry
- Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Teams, ServiceNow, monitoring, security, and cloud platforms
- Engineer production-ready solutions with observability, traceability, evaluation, resiliency, and governance
- Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, orchestration components, and automation services
- Translate operational use cases into secure, scalable, and measurable AI solutions
- Document designs and procedures and support testing and rollout activities
- Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
- Balance innovation with security, compliance, resilience, and human-in-the-loop controls
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in AI application development, orchestration, and API integration
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms: Microsoft Graph, Teams, ServiceNow, monitoring tools, cloud services
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code
Skills & Technologies
Required
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Hands-on experience in AI application development, orchestration, and API integration
Experience integrating with enterprise platforms: Microsoft Graph, Teams, ServiceNow, monitoring tools, cloud services
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code
Azure DevOps and Bicep or equivalent experience
Enterprise operations and IT service management domain knowledge
Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AI-102, etc.) preferred
